We loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, situated just off the main thoroughfare and right behind the Casa Libro bookstore. The metro stop was very close by, making it easy for us to explore the city. The service we received was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff at the reception desk. The room was luxurious and had all the amenities we could ask for, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and an in-room safe. The flat-screen TV and parquet floor added to the overall comfort of the room. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a cozy bar/lounge area where we could unwind after a long day.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Wonderful breakfast and friendly personnel. Nice touristic places like puerta del sol were close to the hotel. Really perfect location. We would like to go back there again.

I had a great stay at Arosa despite the small inconvenience of the elevators. The location was perfect, right off Gran Via and near Plaza Mayor. The free WiFi and good breakfast made my mornings enjoyable. The beds were comfortable and having a safe in the room was a nice bonus. The staff was attentive and accommodating, especially when I politely asked for a more updated room. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location and amenities.

The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the city center of Madrid. It was close to Gran Via Metro station and within walking distance to all the major sights. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with amenities such as free wifi and a fridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided a good selection.
The only downside was a slight odor in the bathroom, but it was manageable and didn't detract from the overall experience.

The location of the hotel was very advantageous as it was very central. The staff on reception were very efficient and professional apart from the member of staff who I spoke to regarding the problem with the toilet.
The walls of the room were very stained with various things for example blood, coffee, vomit, this was also the case with the carpet. There was also a smell from the toilet which the hotel seemed reluctant to solve. Theyu offered me another room but did not offer any assistance in helping me to move so I was forced to stay in the original room. The receptionist did seem very uninterested with my problem and I was made to feel that I was a burden and therefore felt very uncomfortable.

Had a great New Year's Eve stay. Loved the complementary champagne and party favors in our room. The location couldn't have been better, so close to great restaurants and all the main attractions. The breakfast was good and I especially enjoyed the croissants.
The room was a bit small and the bed wasn't very comfortable. We could hear a lot of street noise, which made it difficult to sleep at times.
